the HR function, its processes and service delivery, to basic
tools or applications for specific purposes. They may include
third-party provision of solutions.
Pioneers, such as Cisco Systems or Oracle Corporation use their
own web and telephony technologies for eHR. The result is a
fully-integrated, organisation-wide electronic network of HR-related
data, information services, databases, tools and applications,
that are generally accessible at any time by employees, managers
