3 General steps

  • Customers can deliver the system problems to the service center directly through fax, telephone or e-mail.
  • The service center will collect the relative information about the problem and record the consulting call.
  • The service center will solve the problem and try to offer a way as soon as possible. If we can not reply at once, we will figure out a priority level towards this problem, and offer the corresponding support based on this level as soon as possible
  • Once we have figured out the disposal towards the problem, we will inform the customer immediately and report honestly. We will support the customers through telephone, e-mail, online-service, and also offer the long-distance dial-up service and even drop in the customers directly.

4 preparation of the first steps

5 priority level

  • Emergent
    customers can not operate the system and the time is limited.
  • Comparatively
    emergent, customers allow a week to solve the problem.
  • General
    Customers allow more than a week to solve the problem.
