Kayang Power HR2000 is designed and developed on a unique Visual Platform. The open platform allows users to define required functions according to their own business regulations. The system not only meets the current needs of human resource management but also makes it possible for users to expand and revise business on the platform.

Flexibility
The system provides multi-level self-definable workflows for users:

  • Data Self-definable
    Self-defines and revises the definition and display format of background data.
  • Approval Workflow Self-definable
    Approver, path and approval conditions can be self-defined.
  • Business Workflow Self- definable
    Sets up the business logic and workflow of HRM including payroll computation, recruitment, attendance, performance appraisal, etc.

Expansibility
The foreground application of Kayang Power HR2000 is designed unrelated to the server end. It makes the system easy to be upgraded and brings flexibility to the establishment and management of the human resource database. The system also supports the upgrade and expansion of hardware. By adding servers and using load balance of servers group, it can meet the need of concurrent users increasing.

Friendly Display Interface
The display interface of Platform management is designed free of technical jargons for the easy operation of HR users.

Based on .Net Technology
Multi-level B/S structure developed by .Net technology realizes centralized management and maintenance. With no need to install and maintain client end, the maintenance expense can be reduced dramatically, also the installation only need to be made on the server when upgrading.

Support Various Databases
Power HR2000 supports various databases such as ORACLE 8i/9iSQL SERVER 2000Sybase, etc. to make it convenient for users to expand, upgrade and maintain the system.

High-level Security Application
System codes are stored in the server. Only authorized system administrator can access the database and alter codes. The system adopts flexible but strict authority management. Authority can be assigned and controlled from module to field level to ensure the security.

Compatibility
Power HR2000 provides data transfer interfaces to other MIS systems such as ERP system and OA system as well as smooth data exchange with MS Office system.
